Flying Spaghetti Monster DNA Puzzle

This is a Flying Spaghetti Monster DNA Puzzle I made in 2022 for an FSM celebration.  The sides of the double helix are “noodles” and the parts in the middle are the “S-A-U-C-E” holding the two noodles together.

I printed the pieces in PLA with 1mm perimeters (top, bottom, sides).  Infill percent doesn't matter.  No supports required.  You can print all the parts in the same color or print the different parts in different colors as shown in the pictures.  I paused the print job to change filament so that that letters would stand out as shown in the pictures.  All the parts fit into a tray which forms the border or “Frame” of the puzzle.  All the parts and the Frame are available for downloading.

I'm sorry I don't have a picture of the puzzle printed out with different colored parts.  I was in a bit of a rush and I had given them away for the event before I thought of photographing them.  But, they did look good by all accounts and the people who got them enjoyed them.  The multi-colored picture is a screenshot from Solidworks.
