Health tracker DnD and dungeon crawls

I made this tracker for my DnD group. Its a Hp tracker, with a marker to put next to a model to easy keep track of who is who.

I plan of using it for some of the dungeon crawlers we play as well, and it can fit as a tracker for anything that needs tracking
