Manipulator Arm from Transformers Animated

And expanding both the Animated collection as well as being CyberBase System compatible - here's the Manipulator Arm which was first saw on the Autobot Ark!

To be able to reach around flexibly, the manipulator arm is articulated in its shoulder, elbow and wrist, with the wrist joint being able to rotate 360 degrees. Where it is attached at the base also lets the entire arm to rotate in place.

And being used to help around the autobot base, the arm's fingers of course open and close to grab stuff.

As usual, 5mm ports have been added in various places to allow for other parts and accessories to be stored on it. And we're again pretty partial using 5mm rubber tubing to stand in as a cable for this arm too!

Hidden in its forearm, a small door can be flipped open to reveal a little contraption with a 5mm port. This has a 5mm port where effect parts and other 5mm compatible accessories can be used too.

For scale, here's deluxe class Ratchet hanging around, doing small repairs to the arm. Also, to give some flexibility for display, the manipulator arm can just be used with the smaller hexagonal base.

Both this smaller hex base and the standard sized Cyberbase tile come with 5mm holes for the optional use of 5x3mm rare earth magnets to hold this more snuggly together.

And there we have it, the new manipulator arm, alongside the earlier crew seat. The starting elements for how the larger ark interior diorama could perhaps be put together.

The attached diagram shows the various parts for the arm, and how they are to be assembled.

All parts are printable, aside from a short 1.75mm filament segment which will be used as the pin for the Forearm_Door.
