Description
Multiple versions Short Dart Cylinders for the X-Shot Reflex 6:
1 short dart / barrel
2 short dart / barrel (or 1 elite dart)
3 shot dart / barrel
Load up to 3 short darts per barrel.
All darts in a barrel are blown out together (this is not an inline clip).
The barrels should have a good dart fit along the entire length so the darts should stay in the barrels and dont fall out when facing down.
The barrels of the 2 and 3 dart versions are slightly wider than the 1 dart version.
A slightly stronger spring is recommended for all versions.
The air restrictor should be removed in any case.
(the stock spring with the spring spacer works too but has low performance especially with the 3 dart barrel)
The barrels SHOULD BE SLIGHTLY SANDED for smoother walls and less friction.
The optional side cover can be glued with something like E6000 or superglue. I have removed the sticker (as best as possible) for better adhesive strength. I recommend to print the side covers in 0,1mm layer height.
My print settings (PLA)for the barrel cylinder for air tight barrels and stable bottom base:
0,2mm layer height
5 walls at 0,4mm Nozzle (2mm wall thickness)
7 bottom surface layers
7 top surface layers
20% Gyroid infill
Supports are needed for the barrel center hole and the surrounding edge on the outside.
