BRUDER Palette / Pallet

Ein Modell einer Euro Palette im Maßstab für die Bruder Spielzeuge 1/16. 

Ihr findet ein Modell einer Palette sowie ein Modell einer Box welche auf die Palette passt.

Ihr könnt die Box mit der Palette verkleben oder einfach nur draufstellen. Das ganze ist auch so konstruiert das es Stapelbar ist. Bei der Box muss darauf geachtet werden, das sie richtig herum auf die Palette gesetzt wird. Dazu findet Ihr oben ein Bild das die Unterschiede zeigt.

Die Palette müsst Ihr mit Stützmaterial drucken, die Box kann ohne Stützmaterial gedruckt werden. Bei Haftungsproblemen mit der Box könnt Ihr mit Rand drucken.

Gedruckt wurde beides aus PLA auf einem Prusa MK4S im Modus 0,2mm Strucural.

Die Modelle sind in Z zum Drucken bereits richtig ausgerichtet. Außerdem findet Ihr die G-Codes und die Slicer Projekte mit den verwendeten Einstellungen bei den Downloads.

You will find a model of a pallet and a model of a box that fits on the pallet.

You can glue the box to the pallet or just put it on top. The whole thing is also designed so that it is stackable. With the box you have to make sure that it is placed on the pallet the right way round. You can find a picture above that shows the differences.

You have to print the pallet with support material, the box can be printed without support material. If you have adhesion problems with the box, you can print with a brim.

Both were printed from PLA on a Prusa MK4S in 0.2mm structural mode.

The models are already correctly aligned in Z for printing. You can also find the G-codes and the slicer projects with the settings used in the downloads.
