Ex Rev2 BCAR Sillyshell shroud

THIS IS NOT INTENDED AS A STANDALONE SHELL!

It is intended only as a BCAR adapter for Sillyshell muzzle adapters like mine or the one made by Corvus. It uses the Rev 2 EX BCAR thread mount and, as such, it is compatible with all of its variants. It was tested for clearance with the loosest bearing crush (the one called dot7 in the files) and the bolt heads slightly rub on the inside, with a springer is unlikely that you'll use such a loose BCAR, but if this is your case i recommend using button head screws instead of the normal ones.

The adapter is also designed on purpose with a shorter shroud than a normal Sillyshell so that it isn't compatible with the Battle Axe or eventual new designs that use a similar loading mechanism

Print Instructions

Since you need to adhere to both the Sillyshell's and the BCAR mount's print settings i've added a PrusaSlicer 3mf project to the files but maybe it doesn't work for you or you use some other slicer so i'll list what settings this model needs:

First of all the first 13mm of the shell need to be printed with 5 perimeters and 100% infill, then the thread need to be printed with 0.12mm layer height, the rest can be printed with 0.2mm layer height.
