11 Propellers for The Ultimate Propeller Launcher w/ 64x Gearbox

11 Different Propeller designs!

I had way too much fun designing and trying different things to launch from the propeller launcher. I spent lots of time modeling and testing these out. I wanted to share so everyone can have as much fun as I did. 

My general print- PLA+ .2mm layer height.

My personal favorite: 3 blade Propeller 5 SJ. This seems to generate the most lift, but not the most hang time. My best guess is that I can get this to fly 50+ yards straight up.

Supports are only needed for:

3 blade Propeller 2 SJ, 3 blade Propeller 3 SJ, 3 blade Propeller 4 SJ

The other 8 models print well without supports.
