Changelog:
2019-12-31: Updated main part (Pneumatic gauge case v4) with slightly widened grooves and improved groove ends. The images still show the old version. The connector part is unchanged.
Adapter case for this kind of air pressure gauge with back mounted 1/8'' NPT connector, 0 to 4 bar, 0 to 60 psi, making it compatible with the fischertechnik construction toy system. The case is 45x45x30mm on the outside.
I designed the connector as a separate part, so that you can easily replace it in case the connector should break off. It also makes for an easier print.
You'll need a 5 x 2mm (5 mm inner / 9 mm outer diameter x 2 mm thick) round rubber o-ring to make it airtight, see images. I got mine as part of this o-ring set from German hardware store Obi.
Please consider leaving a "like" or posting your make as a token of appreciation for my work.

Notes:
Print the connector with .1 mm. A perfectly smooth first layer is a must, else the rubber o-ring might not seal off completely. Sanding might be an option.
For the main case .2 mm might suffice, but to get the thread right, I used .1 mm and cura's experimental adaptive layers to speed up the print a bit.Assembly
If the small connector hole is congested, use a 1mm drill to widen it. See images for assembly order.
With my gauge, the brass connecting part was not attached perfectly perpendicular to the gauge housing. So be warned that when screwing it into the printed case, it might seem that it doesn't align properly, even if it does so inside. Accordingly, the gauge's window might be slightly tilted.
