Assembly

• 18 pcs - metal axis 30mm x 3mm

• 17 pcs - sphere magnet 8mm

If the top part consists of several parts, assemble them first.

The top and middle parts need to be glued together. For a more precise assembly, prepare a piece of 1.75mm filament. Insert it into the four holes in the corners of the middle part and cut 2mm above the surface. Then glue the middle and top parts together.

Axles

Two axles need to be created for both the locomotive and the wagons. The axle consists of two printed wheels and a metal axis with a length of 30 mm and a diameter of 3 mm. The axle should be glued to the wheels. Care must be taken to ensure that the wheels are mounted perpendicular to the axle.

Chassis

The chassis consists of two printed parts, two axles, and two sphere magnets with a diameter of 8 mm (only one magnet is needed for the locomotive). Assemble of chassis perform upside down, place the axles on the middle part, insert magnets (the magnets must move freely), and secure the bottom part. Plastic parts can be glued together, but it is usually not necessary.
