Collet adapter to screw on a Silly SCAR (or another attachment) _ X-Shot Fury-X _

Adapter to install everything with a Silly SCAR thread at the FuryX with an airtight connection through an O-ring seal to the aluminium barrel.

In any case, you need an aluminum barrel (16mm OD) with a length of approx. 26,5 - 27,0cm (*) so that the barrel protrudes slightly from the front of the adapter in order to attach an O-ring for sealing.
If you want to install a longer barrel,  use the standard collet by RedCowl or my minimalistic short collet and use a standard Silly SCAR nut.

You need also the frontend from the Xshot Fury X Collet Frontend (by RedCowl) for this mod.

I tested the Silly SCAR, my Silly Shell Attachment and my adapter for the EX BCAR Rev 2. They all work great with this collet adapter.

* A cheap way to build a suitable barrel is to cut an aluminum profile with OD=16mm and ID=13mm to the right length with a pipe cutter and then deburr the end pieces cleanly with one of these cylindrical deburrers. Then use a file and sanding sponge to smooth the edges inside and outside so that nothing can slow down the dart. This is how I make all my barrels.

My print settings for PLA:

0,2mm layer height
5 walls
20% gyroid infill
7 top and bottom shell layers
supports (tree supports)
print it with a brim if you have poor print bed adhesion
