Organiser insert for Bluey Scavenger Hunt board game

The original inner packaging that came with this game is just awful: The figurines are excruciating to remove from the vacuum form and the board barely fits. Plus all your cards get jumbled into a big mess unless you want to raid the bok-choy at the supermarket for their rubber bands.

This replacement inner retains the original positioning of the characters so they are so visible in the window, but are easier to remove. 

All the cards and little pieces have a spot to stay organised and are easy to remove. They stay put too, as the board sits on top flush with the top face to keep everything where it should be. 

Chamfered base ensures it doesn't snag on the cardboard box, there's a finger pull on the front face and little cutouts to make getting things out easy. 

It's a big print so you might need to break into parts using your slicer, but will fit on a 300mm² bed. Lower layer heights will make the details look nicer but are certainly not required. 

The pictured examples were printed at .2mm layer height, 1.2mm walls, 2 bottom layers 5 top layers and 15% lightning infill in an attempt to save a little weight (it came out at ~375g with these settings). 

There's blank space in the top left to deboss or laser engrave a name or custom message should you wish.
