Extra Arms / Assault Cannon Backpack for Dummy 13

A quick and simple remix, but one I just had to make after seeing the All-Terrain Assault Benchy. Now Dummy 13 can have shoulder-mounted cannons, too!

Two versions: one with the 13 on the backpack, one without (there's a 13 on the cannons anyways, y'know)

Edit 2/18: I realized this thing works amazingly for extra arms as well, so I added it to the name. It's good for bulky add-ons like my Blaster Arms, too!
