Description

I wanted to push myself a little further in TinkerCAD to see if I could come up with another fidget spinner design and I'm excited to present CircleCross. LOL….yep it's a basic design but I'm still a newbie when it comes to TinkerCAD. I have some friends who are counselors and often have younger clients who tend to open up more when they have something to “fidget” with. So, I print out a lot of spinners for them and wanted to have some original designs that only use a single 608 bearing and fit those with smaller hands.

I got great spin-time from a cheap 608 bearing off of Amazon. I'm sure there are a lot better bearings that could increase spin time, but the cheap ones worked just fine for me. The bearing caps are a remix that I came up with.

Note: The bearing is a tight fit. I use two pieces of wood to sandwich the spinner and bearing then press down until the bearing seats fully. It's not too difficult but does take a little effort.

  • Here is an Amazon link to the bearings I used: https://a.co/d/iMTwe83

Printing:

  • Supports: None
  • Infill: I recommend 100% to provide weight.
  • Layer Height: I use .16 but .2 should work just fine.
  • Material: PLA
