Open Source Fidget Spinner

We took Frederik Egsgaard's design and edited slightly to make the gears spin easier. Added some open source gear cutouts to each gear part and resized to place an open source gear logo cover over it which snaps in place!

Should print fine but if there is too much or too little clearance between the gears then use horizontal compensation or XY size compensation to adjust.
