Elster chest for Dummy 13

This is a chest for dummy 13 to match Elster's from Signalis. It includes a recess for colored breastplates, so that you can easily swap them in and out to create the different variants of Elster seen in the game.

You will need supports for the chest cores ledge in particular, and the insert is small so good bed adhesion is a must, but should not need supports
