Description
Modified Ludo – Rules and description of the game
Objective of the game:
The object of the game is to go around the entire circle with your piece. Players take turns rolling the dice and move according to the number rolled. The first player to get all of their pieces into the house wins.
Game setup:
The game can be played by 2 to 4 players.
Each player chooses a color (red, blue, green or yellow) and places their four pieces in the starting square.
The game board is square in shape with a central "start". Each player has the same path leading back to the start.
Game progress:
Rolling the dice – Players take turns rolling a six-sided die and move according to the number rolled.
Drawing a piece – The player must roll any number to move the piece from the starting square to the starting position on the board.
Movement of Pieces – Upon entering the game board, players move forward according to the number rolled on the dice.
Knocking Out Opponent – If a player steps onto a space occupied by an opponent’s piece, the opponent’s piece returns to its starting space and must roll a 6 again to get back into play.
End of Game – The first player to complete the entire round wins.
Conclusion
The game is easy to learn, but requires a combination of luck and strategy to win!
