Fidget Button

I was inspired by this model here. However, I didn't like the accuracy of the model and the very low back pressure, so I drew it from scratch.

What do you need?

Magnets: I used 4-6 round 10*2 mm neodymium magnets, like these here

How to print?

You don't need a border and only supports on the printing plate at the stamp. 
You can print the tin and the lid of the tin in the same colour. To be able to insert the magnets, you need to make a break at 21 mm. Then you can insert 2-4 magnets and finish printing.

You must print the stamp with supports on the print bed so that the hole for the magnets is printed cleanly.

When you have finished, take two more magnets and position them under the bottom of the can to get the correct alignment. Then you can press the stamp firmly onto the magnets until they are flush with the bottom of the stamp.

Then insert the stamp and fix the edge of the tin in the tin with a little glue. Done and have fun with it.

Inspiriert wurde ich von diesem Modell hier. Da gefiel mir aber die Genauigkeit des Modells und der sehr geringe Gegendruck nicht, sodass ich es völlig neu gezeichnet habe.

Was brauchst du?

Wie drucken? 

Du brauchst keinen Rand und nur Stützen auf der Druckplatte beim Stempel. 
Die Dose und den Deckel der Dose kann man in der gleichen Farbe drucken. Um die Magnete einsetzen zu können, musst du bei 21 mm eine Pause machen. Dann kannst du 2-4 Magnete einsetzen und zu Ende drucken.

Den Stempel musst du mit Stützen auf dem Druckbett drucken, damit das Loch für die Magnete sauber gedruckt wird.

Wenn du damit fertig bist, nimmst du dir zwei weitere Magnete und positionierst sie unter dem Boden der Dose, um die richtige Ausrichtung zu bekommen. Dann kannst du den Stempel kräftig auf die Magnete drücken, bis sie im Boden des Stempels bündig sind.

Dann den Stempel einsetzen und den Rand der Dose mit etwas Kleber in der Dose fixieren. Fertig und viel Spaß damit.
