RC Plane Landing Gear Door Hinges

My friend had some of these in metal and asked if I could remake in plastic.  I did, and tried PLA, FLEX, PC, and PETG.  The PC he said worked the best by far.  I guess that's no surprise.

The design he sent in metal had no reinforcement between the tab and the arm, since the metal is plenty strong enough.  I cracked several trying to get them off the print plate, so I decided to make some that were “reinforced”.  Basically I added a big glob of plastic at the bent.  They look far more ugly, but they're far stronger, and I assumed no one would see them as they're inside the plane.
