Description
After the successful minigun, we are proud to offer another piece of equipment that every responsible home owner should have. This rifle is comparatively light, easy to maintain, and will look good sticking out of your car's glovebox.
Its 84 mm rifled bore makes it precise enough to 900 feet with an integrated red dot sight, while our smart FCS adds usable range to more than 6200 feet, which saves you from tedious walking around your backyard. A wide ammo selection (including flares, incendiary, and anti-armor rounds) makes this gun perfect for personal defense, as well as for clearing large areas of weeds, bugs, armored infantry vehicles and other common household pests.
It can be fired from a standing, kneeling, sitting, and prone position as easily as 1-2-3.
Load, aim, fire. Just beware of backblast.
We are also offering a carrying holder, so you can bring your MAAWS on a date, to the restaurant, public transport or to any other place where you need to feel a bit safer.

So. This is my attempt to equip Lucky 13 figure and its relatives with something more substantial than 7.62 mm caliber gun. It is modelled after the Carl Gustaf 8.4 cm recoilless rifle.
This miniature can either serve just for display, or it can shoot standard 6mm airsoft BB bullets, using ball point pen spring.
I hope you'll like it.

Some details really stretch the printer to its limits, so although I intended this to be a Carl Gustaf M4 in miniature, it really does not fit as well as I would like.

The kit comes in two flavours:
All In One. Easy to print and build
Regular one, where accessory parts need to be glued to the body. Needs more work, but has more customization options.
Both flavors have the possibility to build the shooting variant.
Everything is prepared to print in respective .3mf project files, including recommended printer settings and custom enforced support regions. Some parts (muzzle blast shield) may need to be resized to fit, depending on your printer calibration.
Either download the file Lucky13-MAAWS-AllinOne.3mf from the “3mf project files” folder or the individual stl files - Lucky13-MAAWS-allinOne.stl and Lucky13-MAAWS-jet.stl
The .3mf project contains all the needed settings, including custom support regions and brim for better adhesion)
Choose your printer and preferred filament type, keep all the other settings (unless you know what are you doing) and slice your own gcode (preferred settings are 0.15 mm layer height, 100% infill, supports either hand-drawn or from buildplate only)
When the print finishes, remove supports and the brim
Attach the jet to the barrel's rear end. (You can glue it in later.)
Optionally attach the blast shield to the front

Customize your MAAWS as you wish. There is choice in accessory mounting, but assembly is more complicated.
The model is prepared in two project files - one with the body and one with all the accessory parts. Use them for making your own colour scheme, or pick your own from separate stl files and prepare your own flavour.
The files Lucky13-MAAWS-body.3mf and Lucky13-MAAWS-accessories.3mf contain all the recommended settings, including custom support regions, optimal layer height etc.
There are two “cooling towers” (plain cylinders) in the accessory project file. Do not remove them, or the print fails. You can safely throw them away after the print finishes, they are not needed for the assembly.
Some parts are really tiny, so be careful when removing the brim and supports and cleaning the artifacts.
After you have printed all the parts (body and accessory)
Attach the jet to the barrels rear end. (You can glue it later.)
Glue the picatinny to the front right position and shoulder rest to the back bottom position.
Glue the battery box and the carrying handle to the top.
The front grip has two variants - one is more sturdy ("13 standard" grip), one better resembles the original. Choose what you want.
The front scope (red dot sight) can either be deployed, or removed and the position covered by a curved lid.
The additional optics can either be absent (bare attachment block), or mounted - you can choose between the 3x scope or the Fire Control System

First, print and build either All in one or Regular flavour, but do not glue the jet in!
Download the file Lucky13-MAAWS-body-ShootingParts either as gcode or as .3mf project file to slice your own version.
Print the shooting parts file.
Besides the printed parts, you will need a ball point pen spring (cca 1 inch / 25 mm long), short piece of PETG or ABS or ASA filament (PLA is too brittle).
The shooting variant project file contains three jets, one barrel plug, one shell and a three pistons. The jets have different hole diameter, the pistons have different outer diameter.
Clean inside of the barrel from all the debris, strings and artifacts. Use a reamer or a drill bit, 6 mm diameter.
Find a piston that moves freely inside the barrel, put the other two away.
Find a jet that snugly fits with the short piece of PETG, ABS or ASA filament. Put the other two away
Now you need to assemble the piston, ball point spring, the plug and the jet on the piece of filament, as seen on the picture. Use a short piece of PETG filament to slide everything on:
You can either glue the filament, or melt the end of filament to make a kind of “rivet head”, as seen on the pistons end in the upper picture. To melt the head I use hot glue gun.
First I created ”head" by melting the PETG filament on the jet's side (using hot glue gun).
Then I slided the jet, the plug, the spring and the piston to the filament.
I secured the jets end of filament with a drop of superglue
I shortened the filament so it was approx. 3 mm longer than the jet-plug-spring-piston assembly
I melted the filament on the pistons end using hot glue gun
I secured the filament on the piston with a drop of superglue
After you have assembled everything, try to fit the shooting assembly inside the barrel. If the assembly moves freely, try few shots. After successfull tests you can glue the plug in.
The launcher can shoot standard 6mm airsoft BB bullets, but printed shell is also included.
There are two variants in the files section - one for Dummy 13, one for Mini 13. Printing is straighforward, just use PETG as it is more elastic than PLA. Use the brim, 0.15 mmm layer height and 100% infill.
The completed launcher simply clips on the holster, muzzle-top
