Description
Rather than having to empty worker talon mags by hand this little tool can empty mags in record time.
Its very simply to build requiring just 2 m3x8 cap allen screws (longer screws in the handle will bulge the wheel and cause rubbing).
You need to print 2 washers and one of each of the other items.
Don't over tighten the screws they just need to pinched, you made need to retighten the screws after a lot of use if the wheel or handle start to become loose
Put the screw through the washer and into the hollow of the handle then screw this onto the hole in one of the spokes of the wheel.
Put the second screw through the second washer and into the center of the wheel and screw into the large wheel holder.
Pinch down the screws and loosen back off slightly till the handle and wheel spin freely but not too much wobble.
To use the emptier place on top of a talon mag with the front of the darts pointing towards the larger opening, and spin the wheel the direction of the opening, sometimes if one of pushers is on a dart it gets little stiff so turn it back a little to free up the jam.
If using nightingale mags hold them to the opposite side of the magwell and pusher forwards with the darts flat across the top, and it works reasonably well but is more prone to jamming.
The holder can be mirrored in the slicer to change direction of turning
30/4/25 - Added flat wheel and taller holder.
The flat wheel should reduce wobble but could increase friction between holder and wheel.
The taller holder holder will make it easier to hold but not quite so compact
