Arydia - Card Trays Separator

Arydia has a fantastic organization system, but something that annoyed me immediately is how the card  tray covers would squish down the dividers tabs.

For this, I designed this separator which I taped in the tray cover with double sided tape (this is not necessary). This adds about 7mm of height to the card trays but keeps the dividers protected. One is needed for each card tray.

I forgot to take a photo of these installed…. and now away from printer for two weeks.

Two models included:

• The simple one, which I printed, works well but as the walls are so thin and have no support, they wobble at the highest layers and thus do not print well (one of my prints failed).
• A second one with two removable ‘supports’ - shown on golden color. These 2 removable parts will help keep the walls from moving and must be cut off before using. I have not tested these.
