Description
This is a 1969 Dodge Charger model, low poly, created from scratch. It works perfectly with the chassis from my other 🤘Monster Trucks.
✅Because of the shape, you must use supports for the front and rear. I used normal supports, only on the build plate, and not on bridges.
Pick from the full size monster truck chassis, axle, and tires from my Monster Truck remixes, or go mini. The same body fits both.
Print 4 tires and axle parts along with 2 matching chassis parts.
Put the two half's of the chassis together, and slip the snaps into the bottom of the car. It should be a tight fit😉.
Once the chassis is ready, insert 1 axle into each one of the four tires. Put one axle & tire combo through the driver side, and another through the passenger side. Align the tab's on the axle to the tire opening carefully. Once again, this is a tight fit, so you will need to press them together hard. Just be careful not to bend the axle's and break the tabs off.
Repeat the process for the other two tires, and have fun.
Painting advice: If painting for multicolor, I recommend paying attention to number of walls depending on how translucent your material is. These are small models, and depending on settings, you may end up with unwanted streaks showing through.
