Description
This is a simple Spinning Top.
I made this model to test the multimaterial capabilities of a MMU or AMS. That means this model uses PLA for the model and PETG for the support interface.
Print preparation:
Make sure that your print bed is clean and grease-free and use a quality brand and dry filament. An multimaterial system like MMU is necessary to use PLA and PETG simultaneously.
Print settings:
Use the 0.16mm settings and reduce all speeds a little bit for better quality. Concentric top, bottom and infill patterns will provide a smooth result. Three walls, five tops + bottoms and 50% infill are recommended. Turn on hybrid tree support and set the top z distance to 0. Switch to PETG for the support interface.
See my 3mf print profile (Bambu Studio or Orca Slicer) for more details.
Again:
This model is designed to use PETG for the support interface. My print profile will not work without PLA AND PETG.
