Description
Fits most front-loading foam dart blasters and 13mm inner diameter barrels.
Works great with small blasters like the X-Shot Micro2.0
(removing the air restrictor and dart post of the Micro2 is recommended to get the best performance)
X-Shot Micro 2.0 + Shotgun Barrel Insert max FPS test:
3x Short Darts = 62 FPS (X-Shot Short Darts)
2x Short Darts = 73 FPS (X-Shot Short Darts)
2x Elite Darts = 74 FPS (X-Shot Elite Darts)
Attach suitable o-rings to the grooves of the barrel insert to seal it against the blaster barrel.
If you only have one O-ring, attach it to the rear O-ring groove – this serves as a seal. The front O-ring serves more as a stabilizer and can be omitted or replaced with e-tape for example.
As with all printed barrels, it is always a good idea to sand the inside of the barrels with a rolled up piece of sandpaper to smooth it out a bit and to remove any elephant feet that may be present.
The files are already pre-oriented.
My print settings for PLA:
0,2mm layer height
4 walls
7 top and bottom shell layers
20% gyroid or cubic infill
(print with outer brim if you have poor bed adhesion)
