Dart Zone Pro MK3 quad rail barrel

Introduction

I was bothered by the lack of a long barrel for the DZ Pro MK3 that could be printed by anyone, so i decided to design one myself.

Hardware

2 M3x20mm hex socket screws, screwed in the two lower holes;
2 M3x8mm      “       ”           "      , screwed in the two side holes;
3 M3x12mm    “       ”           "      , used to screw the Muzzle to the Barrel Front part

Printing Instructions

I've printed it with 4 perimeters and 15% infill, but feel free to tweak the settings as you feel.
All parts are oriented correctly, the only one that needs supports is the Barrel Front, you must add Paint-on supports under the circled part of the rail:

Assembly Instructions

First, screw the Muzzle to the Barrel Front using the 3 M3x12mm screws

Then you can screw the Barrel Front to the Barrel Back using the remaining screws as pictured below:

To finish off you can finally install the barrel in your MK3!
