Print in your choice of durable filaments - I printed my gears in ABS, but that is probably not the best choice. Set your printer up for the finest, most precise settings possible. Save yourself a little bit of time and print them in sets - original, oversize & undersized (maybe 5%?)

There are two gears in this set - in the images below, they are the two small black gears. One is on the motor output shaft (press fit - warming the gear a little helps!) and the other is on the long shaft (this one is splined & glue-able)
