Introduction
2025 is the 10th anniversary of the infamous Benchy Test Boat. To celebrate, I connected my love of marble runs and designed this track. Combined with a spinning elevator, an arm extends from the motor and pushes the Benchy up the track, allowing it to run indefinitely. In this model, I included quite a few special features. These features range from cool phrases to a wave riding and flying Benchy.
Assembly
After printing all the parts, you would need to do some basic assembly.
Step One: Push the grey rectangular part into the pillars of the short curved and tall straight track. (This locks them together and makes sure they don't wiggle around while in function.)
Step Two: Repeat step one on the other pillar of the tall straight and tall curved track. (This locks them together and makes sure they don't wiggle around while in function.)
Step Three: Attach the long grey barrier on the bottom of the short straight track. (This helps the Benchy stay on the track while the spinning elevator makes contact with it.)
Step Four: Place the blue track pieces into their corresponding place on the base.
Step Five: Attach/place the motor on the green motor compartment on the left of the base.
Step Six: Align the holes on the elevator arm and pole. After that, push the small blue pin inside them to allow the arm to swing up and down freely.
Step Seven: Align the bottom hole of the normal Benchy with the top of the elevator pole and push them both together. (Make sure the Benchy is securely attached to the pole.)
Step Eight: Attach the short grey barrier on the bottom of the tall blue straight track. (This makes sure the Benchy doesn't fall off the track as it is pushed to the tallest point of the track.)
Step Nine: Place the big wheel and axle into the front hole of the Benchy with the flag. After that, push the separate big wheel onto the axle.
Step Ten: Repeat step nine on the small wheels and axle on the back hole of the Benchy.
Final Step: Place the Benchy on the track and crank up the motor!

Some of these models might have tight tolerances, if your printer does not produce good quality prints, you may have to do some sanding or trimming.
Conclusion
As an eleven year old boy who just got his first and only 3D printer in December 2024, there are limitations to what I can do and the resources I have access to. I really hope you enjoyed using this model and understood just how important and love the 3D printing community gives to the Benchy :)
