Modular Fumo Baseplate System
Keep your Fumos safe, steady, and ready for any photo setup with this versatile baseplate system.
Features:
- Baseplate with built-in strong 8×4 mm magnets
- Standard tripod thread (1/4”) for easy mounting on tripods or camera gear
- Slots designed for securing your Fumo with straps up to 8 mm wide — use reusable zip ties, elastic bands, velcro strips, string, or anything that fits
- Optional larger magnetic plates to snap underneath for ultra stability on windy or uneven surfaces
- Separate plate variant with just magnets and tripod thread to mount directly on your camera or tripod, allowing magnetic snap-on of your Fumo baseplate
- All files available as STL for 3D printing and STEP for customization
What you need to complete the setup:
- 6x - 8×4 mm magnets per baseplate
- Straps or ties (zip ties, elastic bands, velcro, etc.) to fasten your Fumo securely
This system is designed for flexibility — whether you want to shoot Fumos on flat ground, attach them upside down, or mount them directly on your gear. Print it yourself, tweak the design if you want, and share your setups!
