Description
Deck Box Dungeons is a nice, portable dungeon crawler. It's a bit fiddly as you track health, treasure and energy by sliding cards under other cards, but you want to keep the top cards in line with each other so your character starts are easy to read. Every time you change a value, all the cards can get moved around.
JEROSENWALD has a great Deck Box Dungeon Dashboard that solves this problem, but I wanted something more portable.
These clip between and on the sides of the character cards. They hold them together and lift them off the table so there is room for tracking cards to slide underneath. They are small, so they fit inside the box.
You will need 4 of the double sided clips and 4 of the single sided clips for the outside. Feel free to print more double sided clips and use them "upside down" between the map cards.
Warning: be careful. There is a risk that you will damage your cards with the clips. Use at your own risk.
Notes:
These are small and they need to print on an end. I had trouble printing more than one without using a raft. A brim would work, but a raft is easier to clean off.
Cleanup
The clip gap is measured To be the same as the card thickness, but my filament was kind of gloopy, and my printer needs some time up. To clean nerds out of the gap I used the back of my xacto knife, close to the tip where it is thin. Be careful, of course, since this means you are pushing down on the handle while the blade is pointed up.
