Transfixatron from Transformers G1 Episode "The Autobot Run"

Created as a dastardly weapon to lock the Autobots in their alt mode, here's the Transfixatron from the good ol' G1 episode "The Autobot Run"!

This piece has been sized for Megatron mainly as he was the main wielder of this gadget.

The transfixatron's tilting barrel took a while to get just right. It basically functions with the other parts "clamping" around the central sphere, allowing it to tilt upwards or downwards as required!

The foot of this gizmo also features "toes" which are pivoted, allowing them to be folded up - maybe for transport? :)

And being the weapon that it is, a variant barrel comes equipped with a 5mm port to allow effect parts to be added in. Pew pew!

And that's not all - a pair of 3mm pegs and 5mm port on the side allow for more effect parts to be added for dramatic effect.

The included diagram show s how the parts of this build go together.

The peg connecting the "Toe" pieces to the "Foot", as well as the top antennae, are short segments of 1.75mm filament cut to size.
