Johnny 5 Kit Card | Short Circuit | NOVA Robotics S.A.I.N.T

I wanted to challenge myself a bit and do some reference-based modeling in fusion360.  I decided to work on Johnny 5 from Short Circuit.  This was a fun and challenging project with many roadblocks that forced me to think outside the box.

Assembly is a bit tricky as the tolerances are tight.  The “eyebrows” and “neck” are designed to bend to allow for more positioning.  The lower supports for the head pass thru the holes in the neck / center head piece.   The lower support for the head has two different sizes - the smaller size attaches to the face part where the larger end fits to the back of the head.
