To remove, press upwards with your thumb from the bottom front on one side.

The files are already pre-oriented.

My print settings for PLA:
0,2mm layer height
3-4 walls
7 top and bottom shell layers
20% gyroid infill
No supports needed

(print with outer brim if you have poor bed adhesion)
