Assembly

You will need all of these pieces

First take you ring and hot glue it into the Holder Lid.

Then glue the spring screw into the Holder lid.

Glue the end on the holder lid.

Then screw the Combiner to the punching bag and holder lid.

Connect the clips together like shown:

Then you're all done 👍

Ways to use

Punching Bag Stiffnesses 

Use .25mm resolution 1 wall 0% Infill for a softer bag

Use .20mm resolution 3 walls 15-20% infill for a harder bag
