Description
I saw this model ages ago and liked it. But the artist only provided fix version of the model, either forward or swept. Being a key feature of the F111 was it's ability to swing its wing I always wanted to update this model with that ability. I got inspiration from a resent upload for a 2.5D version with wings that swept and decided to work on an upgraded version of this model with that in mind. I split the model to make it easier to print with two alignment pins included. To assemble the model, you first need to be sure to move all the parts flat on the bed (there reference is a slight tilt) and print the wings upside down. I would recommend tree support for the fuselage section. Assemble the nose and fuselage first. The wing should fit in the provided slots for the gears, and the top will fit snugly first on top of the pins to the back, because the pins are slightly tilted back for the wings to sweep.
