APS - CAM870 - Airsoft Organizer System - Free Download

Okay my Boiz, that here is my Magnum Opus!

As many of you know, I have a deep passion for Airsoft Shotguns and thus, our beloved APS-Shells.
I really wanted to be able to use them every weekend, but they require a lot of work. Not only in use, but also to load, maintain and to get consistent performance out of them. So I got to designing, and came up with this modular Organizer. It will conform to your style of loading and help you in many more regards.

• Its modular! You decide how you want to use it.

• Has loads of useful tips on it.

• Speeds up the loading procedure.

• Helps you to get more consistent power out of your Shells.

• Includes (and holds) all previously released tools.

• Explore 4.5mm BB Loads with a special tool and tips for it. 

• Its made to be shake resistant, so you can chuck it around all you want.

-Printing the Parts-
It will take approx. 1,5 Rolls of material. For the Trays I recommend PLA, for the Latches I recommend PETG.
I uploaded the gcode I used on my Prusa MK3. They will print slow but fine.
The recommended settings are also from my Prusa MK3, I have not yet had the need to print it on my CoreOne, so you are on your own in that regard, sorry.

In the Tray for “Tools & Maintenance” there is a spot for the, by now legendary XE-Shell Loading Tool.
Download it here (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:6070686), print and use it. It still has its uses, even if just as a Backup Tool for my Loading Tool.

-What do you need?-
Bill of Materials:
(Seperate BOM for every part in Print Setting file)

16x M5x70mm Hex Socket Head
3x M5x40mm Hex Socket Head
8x M5 Nut
8x M3x25mm (Countersunk Hex key, length can be variable)
2x Brass Nails 1.5 x 25mm
1x 3mm x 30mm Pin (you can also use a suitable screw)
1x AEG Spring (will be cut in half)

-Assembly-

-How to use it?- 
One big point is that you store Hulls and Tanks seperate from each other. Trust me, it will safe you a lot of screwing the Hulls on and off.
Please infere the rest off the pictures of the model.

-EXTRAS-
I added extra Trays for you guys out there who want.

• Carrier for complete Shells (for when you absolutley have to store your Hulls and Tanks assembled)

• Carrier for Hulls & Tanks (Combo-Tray, good when you have only a few Shells but the tanks are difficult to take out of it.)
