Crosman 1600 Powermatic + Others C02 Air Pistol BB Gun TPU Seal and Tool - Leak Fix

There are two files, one for the actual TPU seal and the other for converting an 11/32 ¼" hex socket into a removal tool.  The printed insert is just a guide - it is very difficult to do without it. 

FreeCAD files are included so you can modify the tool guide to whatever you have on hand.

The TPU seal works incredibly well.  The one in the picture was printed out of Ninjaflex 85.
I have tried seals with Creality A95, and it works for a little while, but fails. Try a softer TPU. Ninjaflex has been incredible, oil resistant and prints solid with no holes. 

*** I added the quick fix file.  If you need a quick fix, you can print this small washer out and place it on top of your old failed gasket to get you shooting again fast.  This is a temporary fix, but it works!
