Description
It consists of an adapter plate that mounts to the tractor using the standard pin, and a dovetail connector that allows you to slide on different modules.
This version includes a tube holder (Ø29.5 mm with a flat side), which is designed for the micro scooter T-bar.
The design is optimized for 3D printing:
Dovetail joint → 30° opening angle, 60 mm insertion length, prints without supports.
Child-friendly → rounded edges, chamfers, and no sharp corners.
Outdoor use → recommend PETG or ASA for UV/weather resistance. I used PLA so far.
Layer height: 0.20 mm (STRUCTURAL profile)
Infill: 15% (Grid)
Supports: Only on the build plate
Material: Prusament PLA (PETG/ASA recommended for outdoor use)
Print orientation: Parts laid flat, as shown in preview (adapter plate horizontal, tube holder upright)
Build time: ~7h 20m
Filament usage: ~175 g
I'm a CAD beginner, so this is a learning project with flaws. Feel free to improve and share feedback!
The dovetail joint was designed with 0.25 mm clearance per side. It is not very tight, less clearance will probably work too.
Fits great on John Deere 6210R.
