Double Stack Half Dart Nerf Magazines, AKA Moose Duece Mags - NOT TALON COMPATIBLE

Fully functional double stack double feed magazines.  Put here for now so that blaster designers can find it easier.  Uses 1 drum spring and maybe 1 #4 screw for up to 50 dart capacity which can be found at either of these links to build a blaster around it.
