Fusion Cannon for Transformers Studio Series 86 Megatron

Here's giving SS86 Megatron a fusion cannon more accurate to what he had back in the Generation One days! The barrel has been designed to be extendable - more on that in a bit!

Once all printed out and assembled, here's how it fits regally on Megatron's forearm!

The 5mm peg on the underside of the cannon sports a little circular depression area to accommodate the protruding octagonal peg on Megatron's forearm, allowing the cannon to sit flush atop it. As always, - just had to also have 5mm ports on the front and back of the cannon so you can add on effect parts for maximum bloooosh!

Coming over to his alt mode, the back of the cannon will first need to be pushed forward as far as possible. Then it has rectangular notches for the two side pegs on Megatron's arms to connect onto.

Now, you can leave the front of the barrel in its "retracted" mode and looking a little stubby, or pull it forward into extended mode for something a bit more like a tank barrel!

For the red pip on the CannonBack piece, you can either have it printed in red separately and then attached on, or simple print the CannonBack_whole version and color it in from there.
