Description
It's a Puppet !!
This is a quick and easy puppet, taking the tradition of a ping pong ball puppet and adding a small ring plate to the eyes. The ring has two cup depressions on the top to allow the ping pong balls (std 40mm diameter) to be glued in easily with just white glue.
There are three sizes of finger ring, small medium and large.

Dotting the I
If you want to make a nice easy dot for the eye with a marker pen, i can recommend using this eye dot template for ping pong balls
