Description
This project is a bit labor intensive to print and assemble, but the end result should be a game that is fun to play and slightly more difficult to lose (pieces of).
Board prints in two pieces, top layer and bottom with cutouts for metal sheets; I used galvanized steel flashing/shingles from Home Depot, cut to size.
Top and bottom lid have been squared, interlock, and make a thinner case. The top and bottom surfaces are thin/flimsy because I also cut a piece of metal for each side of the lid so that each player's tiles will stick. Get the Blokus logo and outline from the original model.
Tiles have 4x1mm holes for magnets. They stick reasonably well and won't move with turbulence, but won't survive a drop.
