Brass Lancashire Insert - Deluxe & Retail

When people see my other designs, people can see I like the sliding lid design (a lot). Doesn't take a lot of space etc. What's not to like? I also like tvkili's design for the brass players. Therefore I decided to make a nice sliding lid design based on his nice player boxes.

For the deluxe insert you can stack the insert boxes. This is not possible for the retail versions. The nice slim box just won't close anymore. Therefore I created player boxes to match the design of the Brass: Birmingham Retail insert as well. These are even 2mm slimmer as there are less tiles needed. In the pictures it is clearly visible the retail version is slightly longer and less wide. This way you can place 4 player boxes next to each other in the box.

Update: Added alternative lids, and a separated box, for more flexibility.

Update 2: Added a larger cutout for the circle (1mm in diameter) and the hexagon piece will now fit from the retail version.

Update 3: Added Distant Market and Money boxes for the retail version. The money boxes are made in 2 different heights. this way the player mats can sit flush with the top of the money box. To hold the game board. The same way as with my Brass Birmingham insert.

I will add two more boxes, 1 for iron, and 1 for coal.

Update 4: Added Player boxes for the retail version. This one is based on the Playerbox-V2 from Brass Birmingham. The 12 Cotton mills, are divided in 2 compartments holding 6 tiles each. All other tiles have unique numbers, so each tile tile can fit only 1 compartment.

Update 5: Added Iron + Coal box; missing: some spacer next to the player boxes: 118mmx43mm and a holder for the cards.

Update 6: Fixed all dimensions to make and created a scad to hold all elements. I needed to tweak some values. As shown in the screenshot of OpenScad all objects should fit in the box.
