Roboman Automation - Modular Barrel Storage Box

Locking barrel box to keep your bits safe! 

I wanted something that would hold a full barrel kit, a wrench for removing segments, up to 3 muzzle segments with PCARs/SCARS installed, and any other accessories I'd need.  

Features: 

• 32 x 60 mm barrel slots 
• 1 x 150mm x 20mm x 60mm accessory/muzzle device slot that holds up to three 
• 1 x triangular flex slot (fits three segments) 
• 1 x Barrel wrench slot that fits two of Tinkersnots barrel wrenches
• Includes a blank lid for customization 

Note: I have no idea if any BCARs fit in this, since I do not believe in them 🤷♀

Print settings:

• Box: 5 walls, 15% infill
• Lid: 5 walls, 15% infill (supports on Lid - Risings only) 
• Spacers: 2 walls, 5% infill
• Barrel Wrenches: 10 walls, 100% infill 

Print the case and lid in PETG or hard TPU if you want it to last

This is a barrel wrench kit I came up with to release stuck Robobarrel segments. It use the same collet geometry that I use in all my blasters. Use teflon tape wrapped around the threads to adjust clamping force and make for smooth thread engagement. They are reverse Left hand thread so you aren’t tightening the same direction as the barrel segments. Print 2 sets of T handles and back them up flat to flat on the stuck thread segment. Then tighten the nuts down and bring the two handle towards each other with a quick snapping motion and it will break loose your stuck segment
