Four Saw Blades Puzzle – Packing Challenge

A seemingly simple challenge:
Fit all four saw blades into the rectangular frame. It may look simple, but finding the correct arrangement takes more than luck.

This puzzle is a perfect example of how our visual intuition can be misleading.
The shapes look straightforward, but as you try different orientations, you'll realize how deceptive geometry can be.

I won’t reveal the solution here — that would spoil the fun.
However, I’ve included a PDF file showing the correct arrangement and explaining why this deceptively simple puzzle can be so surprisingly difficult.

The STL file ist correctly aligned.

Layer height: 0.2 mm

Infill: 10 %
Support: no

No MMU/AMS required – one simple manual color change is sufficient.

• Start with silver filament.
• At Layer #17 (≈3.40 mm) switch to brown.
