Where's Waldo magic spotlight

I've included a 2 and 3 color model. The 2 color is for printing in black and white. The 3 color is for black, white and glow in the dark. The glow in the dark filament I have is translucent, so it needs a white behind it, or the black background will make it too dark to work.
