Description

This playful model features a round eyeball with a hat, sitting on a spring base that lets it bounce or wobble.
Designed as a lighthearted Halloween decoration, it can also be a fun desk toy.

  • The model is split into multiple parts for easy printing and color customization:
    • The hat attaches to the eyeball using small pins (you can use standard 1.75 mm filament as the connector).
    • The spring fits into a groove at the bottom of the eye — two spring variants are included (standard and loose fit).

You can print the eyeball and lens separately to combine different colors, or print the eyeball as a single piece. When printed separately, the lens should be glued to the eyeball using a small amount of super glue (cyanoacrylate) or similar adhesive.

  • Printing tips:
    • Layer height: 0.20-0.25 mm
    • Perimeters: 2-3
  • Infill:
    • For spring 80-90%
    • For hat and eyeball 2%-5% (print with minimal infill due to spring stress)

No supports needed, except for the spring — print it with supports (preferably snug or “touching buildplate”).

This model is fun to assemble, and adds a nice bouncing twist to your Halloween decor! 👁🎩

//If the spring can’t support the eyeball and it tips over, try shortening the spring by a few coils. But with the provided settings, everything should work just fine.

//Added spring with less revs. for better stability
