Description
Original design for the 2025 LM Show Christmas Print Drive.
The “Dinosaur Blocks Kit Card” prints as a single piece with no supports. The model then breaks apart for seven fun dinosaur toys. Designed to print well with filament swaps, it also looks great printed with one color. See notes below for filament swap heights.

“Dinosaur Blocks Kit Card” is 176 x 176 x 16.5 mm. I printed with 0.2 mm layer height, 3 perimeters, 4 top and bottom layers, and 15% rectilinear infill.
⭐ Be sure to remove the kit card from a cool build plate to preserve the sprue attachments. Prints for the Print Drive must be in one piece when shipped. ⭐
The dinosaurs on top are 1.5 mm thick and the indented outline on the bottom is 1.5 mm deep. To print with a colored outline on the bottom, set a swap at 1.5 mm for a few layers or continue the new color to 13.5 mm for a thick, symmetric band of color. For coloring the dinosaur on top, set a swap at 15 mm. Of course “painting” the models in your slicer is an option too for multi-material setups.
No supports. No raft.
