The Stagecoach Side By Side is a 3D printed nerf blaster that fires and ejects Sillyshells, which allows it to fire multiple darts at the same time. It is completely mechanical, with independent springs and plungers for each barrel. Dual staggered triggers can be configured to fire each barrel independently or both barrels at once.
This blaster uses Sillyshells, which are a hobbyist 3D printed shell standard that allows for many different types of foam munitions to be loaded and launched. See the Sillyshells file listing to print your own.
Refer to the Stagecoach Part Drawing Release pdf file for specific details on print settings, part orientations, and expected part dimensions. The files also include pre-configured bed layout project files for Bambu Labs printers.
By default, the standard colorway for this blaster has 4 colors. These are the ESTIMATED quantities of each that are required to print the blaster. Of course, feel free to modify the colors to your liking. Always print the Barrel Cap in orange for safety.
All of the multicolor engraved parts on this blaster can be accomplished without a multimaterial printing setup. Simply:
Insert a pause in your slicer at the appropriate layer
Print the part
Manually change your filament color when the printer pauses
Then resume the print!
Check out the assembly guide video for instructions on assembling your blaster:
Check out the Stagecoach Official Bill Of Materials for all of the non-3d printed parts this blaster needs.

Never touch either of these two orange parts while the blaster is primed. This will cause the blaster to suddenly close on your finger and will likely result in rapid unscheduled disassembly of blaster internals.
Never put your fingers in either of these places while using the blaster. Doing so will result in damaged fingers.
Never shut the blaster with the triggers pulled. This will prevent closure of the blaster and potentially cause damage.
Always wear safety glasses when operating this blaster
Always print the barrel cap out of bright orange filament.
The Stagecoach works a little differently than other classic springer nerf blasters. It cannot be safely deprimed in the traditional sense. Instead:
Insert two “blank” shells, which are completely solid shells that do not allow airflow.
Pull both triggers to ensure both plungers are relaxed
Open the barrels partially to eject the shells without repriming the blaster
There are 4 different trigger configurations:
Right Handed Standard
Left Handed Standard
Right Handed Dual
Left Handed Dual
Left/Right refers to the handedness of the user.
Standard Triggers fire each barrel completely independently, in any order.
Dual Triggers fire both barrels at the same time if you pull the rear trigger. This gives the option to fire the barrels one at a time or dump both at the same time.
These options are configurable on assembly. The same parts are used for left/right configs. Two additional 3d printed parts and one additional #4 screw are needed for a dual trigger config.
Reference the Stagecoach Trigger Configurations pdf file for details on the assembly of each configuration.
Assembly Jigs
Files for two assembly jigs are included. These will help you press a few of the pins as you assemble the blaster.

The design was heavily influenced by other blasters like the SLAB, Linx, Goblin, Wildstyle, Alchemist, Yeethammer, and many more! Thank you for posting CAD!
This is not a toy. This blaster is meant for hobbyists, not children. Blaster must be operated correctly to avoid injury. The designer is not responsible for any injuries sustained from assembling or using this blaster. A bright/blaze orange muzzle and barrel cap must be installed for safety. Consult local laws before building this high powered blaster.
