Stackable Origami Boat Toys

This stackable boat toy has been designed from the ground up with 3D printing in mind. 

A simple stacking boat toy inspired by paper and origami boats. Intended to float well, stack well & sink!  

Printing and Assembly

The shown in photos was printed at 0.2mm layer heights using a 0.4mm Nozzle. It should print well with larger nozzles, although the crisp edges may become more rounded. 

Based on your bed performance, a brim or mouse ears may be required to prevent warping. 

I printed with 0% infill and two walls and had great results. There is no requirement for supports, and the best orientation will be with the keel facing down on the bed. If you're having trouble with the centre piece above the outside edges, consider increasing your minimum layer time.
