Loki Lola Board Game, 2 Players

This is a re-imagined game of strategy and luck for 2 players. A game case is included to hold all game tokens. Games go really fast and this makes a great gift for Christmas or birthdays for kids 7 to 70.

The goal of the game is for one player to get either 4 or 5 of their tokens (caps) in a row (following the black scoring lines on the game board.) The game is started by having each player choose a color of 8 tokens (let's say player 1 chooses blue and player 2 chooses red.) Place two of each of the tokens of the remaining color (white) onto each of the black posts on the game board.

Rules (There is an attached PDF illustrating an example game)

1. One token is played per turn

2. A token must always be played upon an existing token(s) on the game board

3. When a token is played, the players lifts all tokens in the pile and places them one by one on any existing blank post or on top of existing tokens already on posts

4. When a player is distributing tokens on the game board, they cannot 'backtrack' in a direction just played; in other words, you can't immediately reverse direction of distributing tokens

5. A way to get around 'backtracking' is by moving in a 'round-about' manner, circling back to a prior position

6. The first player with either 4 or 5 tokens in a row (according to the black scoring lines) wins the game

7. The winning tokens can be at any height, but the players colors must all be a the top of any piles. In other words, all winning tokens must be fully visible and not underneath other colors of tokens

8. Game play ceases when there is a winner or all tokens are played

Printing

1. I printed this version of the case, board and tokens using Polymaker Polylite PLA that I had on hand, red, white and blue tokens were just the way it happened

2. I printed the parts on an OPXL5H using default settings for .4 nozzles and .25 structural layers

3. All parts are labeled by name to make it easier to change colors

4. Note that I used Prusa Slicer painting mode to color the inside of the case bottom a separate color from the case itself

5. It's possible the game can be scaled for smaller printers, but the text may degrade and the case lid may be a tight fit on the case.
